
The CAT 2021 service redesign aims to provide efficient and effective public transportation in Dauphin county, Cumberland County and the City of Harrisburg.
Below are descriptions of each service adjustment along with a link to the updated route timetable.

1 / Market Street – Route timetable adjusted to operate on 30 minute Weekday headways and 45 minute Saturday headways. Elimination of low ridership trips.

3 / Third Street – Route timetable adjusted to operate on 45 minute Weekday headways and 90 minute Saturday headways. All trips will begin/end at 2nd & Linglestown stop, serving the Uptown Plaza stop as well.
See Schedule3-6 / Night Loop – Route timetable adjusted to operate, on average, on 60 minute headways Monday through Saturday.
See Schedule6 / Uptown Plaza–Harrisburg Mall – Route 6 extended to cover the Route 13 alignment; new route renamed “Uptown Plaza / Harrisburg Mall.” Discontinue deviation to Spring Creek.
Route timetable adjusted to operate on 45 minute Weekday headways and 60 minute Saturday headways.
See Schedule7 / Middletown – Route timetable will operate, on average, on 45 minute Weekday headways and 120 minute Saturday headways. Most trips will service new Amtrak station as a stop. Reduction in trips through Capitol Complex.
During rush hours, select Limited Stop trips between Middletown/Highspire and Downtown Harrisburg (Transfer Center & Capitol Complex), bypassing Airport, Amtrak Station and PSU.

39 / Progress Avenue – Route timetable will operate, on average, on 90 minute Weekday headways and 120 minute Saturday headways.
Capital Blue Cross stop added to select trips. Comcast stop discontinued due to low ridership. All trips will serve the Whisperwoods Apartments stop.
