When you board the bus, you must have exact fare if paying cash. To save time and money, consider purchasing a multiple ride ticket or monthly pass. A monthly pass offers unlimited rides for the calendar month for which the pass is purchased. The pass includes all costs for transfers and express service. Drivers will begin accepting the next month’s “Monthly Pass” the last three calendar days of the month.

Where to Purchase CAT Passes and Tickets
Monthly passes and tickets are available at CAT’s Main Office in Harrisburg at 901 North Cameron Street and at Strawberry Square CAT Information Office. Zone 1 monthly passes and 11-ride tickets are available at the “Transit News” stand located at the Harrisburg Transportation Center (AMTRAK Station). Additionally, passes and tickets are available by mail or through this website and at CAT Ticket Kiosks located at Market Square Transfer Center, Strawberry Square outside of the CAT Information Office, the Keystone Building, and the Carlisle Court House. Ticket kiosks accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards only. CAT TICKET MACHINES DO NOT ACCEPT CASH.
